Searching for rugged oceanic view? Look no further than Cape Chingecto Provincial Park. Located roughly around 2 hours and 47 minutes from Halifax and 8 hours from those traveling from Quebec City. In terms of activities; kayaking, backcountry camping/walk in camping, hiking, beach access and stargazing are everything visitors can expect to enjoy. Personally we would recommend travelers 2 days minimum to explore all the deep valleys and coves this park has to offer. Mainly because this is one of Nova Scotia’s largest provincial parks, there are many iconic east coast views to be enjoyed.
